Only 24 days to go! I want to thank everyone who read the article about my trip in the Visalia Times Delta. I also want to thank anybody who has donated, shared their story or has given me well wishes. Donations are always appreciated for the funding of my trip as well as increased donations for The Derek Sheely Foundation.

Things are coming together I should be receiving my push cart any day in the mail.Today I ordered my plane ticket as well as a bus ticket. My travel plans are on March 1st I will fly into Newark, NJ and walk 4 miles to the Greyhound station. From there I will catch a bus into Dover, DE and walk about a mile past the Deleware state capitol to a post office where I will have mailed my cart/backpack/supplies. Once I receive that I will be roughly 12 miles from Bowers state beach where I will hope to touch the Atlantic and embark on my journey. (Unless anyone at the post office has any better ideas that is)
